Connection

Women in this stage are new to the church or exploring their faith journey. They attend services, participate in women's small groups or Bible studies, and engage in fellowship events to connect with other women in the church community. They seek to build relationships, find support, and discover the values and mission of LFM Women's Ministry.

Stage TwoGrowth

Growth

In this stage, women actively engage in the life of the church and Women's Ministry, deepening their spiritual roots and personal growth. They volunteer for ministry opportunities, attend leadership development workshops or retreats, and dive deeper into their faith through study and reflection. They seek to grow in their relationship with God and others while exploring their gifts and passions for service.

At this stage, women have become integral members of LFM Women's Ministry and are actively involved in leadership roles.
