Discovery
This stage is for men who are new to the church or exploring their faith journey. They attend services, participate in small group discussions, and engage in fellowship events to learn more about the church community and its values. They may also attend orientation sessions or newcomer events to get acquainted with the church leadership and ministries.
Engagement
In this stage, men actively engage in the life of the church and begin to find their place within the community. They volunteer for service opportunities, join men's groups or Bible studies, and participate in outreach and mission projects. They deepen their relationships with other members and leaders, seeking mentorship and accountability as they grow in their faith and commitment.
Leadership
At this stage, men have become integral members of the church community and are actively involved in leadership roles. They may serve on committees, lead small groups, or mentor younger members. They exemplify the values of the church through their character, service, and dedication to advancing the mission of the church. As LFM Men, they continue to grow in their faith, inspire others, and make a lasting impact on the church and beyond.
